“H.O.M.E is where your journey begins” we are about helping anyone that may have fallen through the cracks in society from school to retirement of NDIS participants who need the help to get their supports and services in order. Inclusion is our priority as a NDIS Provider, hence the reason we have started small to ensure we a thorough in our support. The services and supports are including but not limited to;

Home care (Daily assistance)
Transport- We will be providing transport with wheelchair access to support our participants to their daily activities and appointments. Also using this to take our participants on day outs.
Community & Social Access- We will be focusing on ensuring participants are able to access this support.
Specialised Support Coordination-With Specialist Support coordination at H.O.M.E we will be the point of difference to our participants, with the support that caters to their needs and goals. Through NDIS Funding this will help H.O.M.E and our team provide the needed services that our participants need to be able to live their life the way they want to live. Our team is passionate in this that we are currently volunteering our time to get this up and running which shows how much the believes in this business.
Job Employment/ Training – We will work in the employment space, where we can help NDIS Participants seek and apply for employment opportunities in the Disability Employment Space (DES). We have an experienced DES team to assist participants to successfully obtain employment with PPS.
