MS Queensland provide support Coordination for people with neurological disorders to assist them to access the right supports for them in the community and to advocate on their behalf with NDIS and Aged Care. We also provide support with maintaining and getting a job. We have a support Coordinator in Townsville, Elizabeth that can meet you and discuss your needs.
