Quality Living and Support Services (QLSS) is a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred disability supports that empower people to live independently, build confidence, and stay connected to their communities. With a strong focus on dignity, choice, and inclusion, QLSS supports participants across North Queensland through Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Access Supports, and Support Coordination.

QLSS specialises in supporting people with complex needs, including psychosocial disabilities, trauma-related support needs, and participants from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

QLSS provides tailored Supported Independent Living services designed to help participants develop daily living skills, increase independence, and enjoy a safe and supportive home environment. Supports are delivered in a way that promotes choice, personal growth, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

Community Access Supports

Through its Integrated SIL and Community Access model, QLSS offers flexible support both at home and in the community. This approach allows participants to pursue their goals, engage in social and recreational activities, build life skills, and maintain strong community connections while receiving consistent support from a trusted team.

Support Coordination (Levels 1–3)

QLSS delivers accredited Support Coordination services, helping participants understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with providers, coordinate services, and achieve meaningful outcomes. The team also supports participants through complex situations, service transitions, and crisis response, ensuring supports remain effective and aligned with individual goals.

Culturally Safe and Inclusive Supports

QLSS is committed to delivering culturally responsive services that respect each participant's identity, culture, language, and beliefs. Working closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and multicultural organisations, QLSS promotes inclusive, respectful supports that foster empowerment, connection, and wellbeing.
