Both born and bred in North Queensland, Erica has taught in the education sector for over 20 years and Brendan has a rich employment history with community engagement. From this combined experience they have grown a passion for building safe, positive and supportive relationships that foster respect, inclusivity and ultimately kindness.

Family and friends are most important to them, driving their passion to do home care differently in their local community and make it possible for older Australians and those living with a disability to remain in their own home, connected with their own family, friends and community, for as long as they choose.
