Journey Connect is a Registered Provider of services under the NDIS for people with a disability. Our team provide Support for Everyday Living along (children to adults up to 65) including High Intensity Supports. Our Therapy Team provides Behaviour Support Therapy, Psychology and Early Childhood Services . We offer Plan-Managed, Self-Managed and NDIA managed services.
