Our teams are experienced in treating a wide range of chronic conditions including physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, mental health and more.

Throughout the intake assessment and service agreement negotiations, we carefully consider the participant's existing NDIS Support Plan to ensure compliance with the NDIA guidelines.

We collaborate with NDIS participants to address their functional goals effectively. Avanti Health Centres are uniquely positioned to provide Exercise Physiology support to enhance functional capacity, within facilities that promote community participation.

Our facilities are equipped with wheelchair-accessible equipment and a user-friendly interface. Using a participant's wristband automatically adjusts predetermined workloads and seat position, and records workout data for later analysis during reassessment sessions. ​

We accept all NDIS participants who are plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed.
